I Wish

My heart is filled with so much wishes like a child
I wish to kiss you good night
And see you sleeping beside me every night
I wish to wake up in the same bed with you
Every day for the rest of my life

I wish to share with you every laughter and tears
Every frustrations and endeavour
Every joke and fears
All the celebrations and experiences
That this earthly life could bring

I wish to be the only one
Who can kiss your soft lips
The only one to be touched by you
With so much longing
And love so sweet

I wish to be the only one
You'll think of
And no one else
The only one you'll love
With every breath you take

I wish I could stop wishing
And stop my heart from breaking
When each time I think my wishes
Might just remain as some silent wishes
But like a child, I'd wish for some again...
